Dress for Success Tasmania works with over 30 referral partners delivering quality, professional and impactful programs that build confidence and help women put their best foot forward at interview and when starting a new role.
Who can I refer to you?
Clients need to be actively looking for work or have secured an interview for employment. They could also have recently secured employment. We accept referrals from agencies and services, and self-referral.
We can also dress clients for court appearances, funerals and other life events – just contact us for more info.
Can I come to the appointment with my client?
If your client would feel more comfortable with you joining them, please just let us know. If your client is under the age of 18, they will require an accompanying adult.

Is there a cost?
For participants who are eligible for funding under Work Force Australia or Disability Employment Services, we charge the provider a one off fee, which is paid via the National Employment Fund.
This fee covers all services and clothing provided and is invoiced directly to the provider.
Can I book a client in who is preparing for an interview?
An Interview Styling appointment can be an activity to support individuals to become job ready. They do not have to have an interview scheduled to access our programs.
Do you support men?
We support all women, trans and non-binary individuals comfortable in women’s spaces. Dress for Success supports women only as we know they experience more disadvantage in terms of getting work and staying in work.
